Iva studied her Bachelor’s in Healthcare Management at Austin Pear State University. She has been part of healthcare for 4 years now and has worked in various departments including the pharmacy, primary care, and the emergency department! Some of her hobbies are reading, taking nature walks, and spending time with family and friends. Iva loves interacting with our patients, taking care of our staff, and is always ready to jump in wherever is needed in the practice!
Jeff Shwom,

Jeff studied Human Services at George Washington University and has spent time working for small business and nonprofits. He has over a decade of eyecare experience and is a part of a family tradition of eyecare dating back over a hundred years. He first met and worked with Dr. Ajoian at Harvard Vanguard/Atrius Health in Somerville before 2020. When not working, Jeff enjoys running, biking, making food (mostly vegetarian), going to the movies, and spending time with friends. He ensure our patients have the best optical experience and is always willing to give a helping hand around the practice!
Andrea Garcia,
Dental Assistant
Hometown: Jersey City, NJ
Andrea studied at NorthShore Community College for her certification as a Dental Assistant. This is her first job in the dental field and she has been learning a lot working alongside Dr. Salibian! Andrea enjoys bowling, traveling, and walking her dogs Max and Lila to the park. She is known to always have a smile on her face and makes the dental side of our practice run so smoothly!
